Flirting with a Guy From Across the Room

Flirting with someone up close is a lot easier than flirting with a guy  from across the room.

 

Up close, you can lower your voice, lean towards him while you talk, touch his arm to get his attention, laugh at his jokes, and more.

 

However, from across the room, you need to get a guys attention, let him know you are watching him, and let him know it is okay to approach you.

 

 The first step to flirting from across the room is to look approachable. There are two parts of looking approachable.

 

The first part is to appear relaxed, comfortable, and confident. The easiest way to achieve this is to look great. I’m not trying to say you need to look like a model. I mean you need to feel sexy.

 

Wear something that accentuates your best features and you feel sexy in. Do your hair and make-up. Keep your make-up as natural as possible. Sometimes overdone make-up can make you seem unapproachable or high-maintenance.

 

Wear comfortable but sexy shoes. When women feel sexy and attractive they act completely differently. There is a natural boost in their mood.

 

Another simple tip to looking and feeling better about yourself is to stand up straight. Standing up straight will make you appear very confident whether you really are or not.

 

The second part of looking approachable is having the right body language. Do not sit or stand with your arms crossed or your eyes on the floor. These are clear ‘leave me alone’ signals.

 

Instead, stand or sit up straight. Keep your arms relaxed and smile as you look around.

 

When you notice a guy looking at you, make eye contact with him and smile. Don’t stare him down, just smile and then glance away. You don’t want to make the moment awkward.

 

If he is still watching you, don’t be afraid to give him a wink or a nod your way.  Doing all this will send the clear message that you are available and interested. Remember to keep your arms uncrossed and a smile on your face.

 

Not smiling and crossing your arms will make you look angry or bored.

 

Finally, don’t be afraid to approach him. Keep it causal, say hi. You don’t need to be a great conversationalist; just a great listener. Let him lead the conversation and respond accordingly to what he is saying.
