How to Find a Good Man
How to find a good man is another question I frequently get from readers.
Women want to know where the best location is to go looking.
To be honest, there is no clear answer to this question. I have a lot of great advice, but if you’re looking for me to give you the address of a restaurant in your city where all the “good” guys hang out, I can’t.
That ability is beyond the scope of my awesomeness.
Here is what I can tell you; good men can be found all over the place. They are NOT all married or gay, and they do live in your town.
One important factor to keep in mind is that there are all different types of guys. Men can’t be simply categorized into “right” and “wrong.”
What is right for one woman may be wrong for another.
With that in mind, your perfect place to meet a guy will likely be a place that coincides with your interests and values.
For example, I have written articles in the past addressing the idea that good men CAN be found in bars. However, if you are fundamentally opposed to drinking, I do not recommend you go looking for a guy in a bar.
If you are a huge sports fan, you may find your Mr. Right at a game, sports rally, backers bar, or game day party.
If you are an athlete or fitness buff, you may find your Mr. Right at the gym, running in the park, or out backpacking somewhere.
If you’re an outdoorsy gal, you might find your Mr. Right at the campgrounds, in the park, or relaxing at the beach.
If you are a career-minded professional, you may find your Mr. Right at a work-related conference or that cafe down the street where all the local professionals go for lunch.
These are just some ideas; the possibilities are really endless.
Also, keep in mind that you might meet Mr. Right in an unexpected place. You might meet him while shopping, volunteering, or trying something new.
It is important to keep your mind open to new opportunities and people. Sometimes women are so focused on meeting what they think their Mt. Right is going to be like that they miss out.
Enjoy the experience of dating. If you get asked out by a guy that doesn’t perfectly match your idea of Mr. Right, don’t automatically turn him down. You might be surprised.
Even if that guy isn’t your Mr. Right, you might be surprised to learn you do like different things.
There is no secret formula for how to find a good man.
If what you are trying isn’t working, than it is time to try something new and different.
